Follow the steps below to use a fillable PDF worksheet:
Step 1: Download and Save
Click the “Download Worksheet” button in the course.
If the PDF worksheet automatically downloaded, then you can skip this step.
In some internet browsers (ie, Chrome) the PDF worksheet will open in a new tab in your browser rather than downloading. If the PDF worksheet opens in a browser window, scroll your cursor over the top of the window to locate the download arrow button and click it. You will be prompted to save the file. Save it on your desktop or somewhere that you can easily find it.
Step 2: Fill out PDF
Once the PDF is saved to your computer, open it up. The PDF worksheet will open in your computer’s PDF software where you can edit the fillable fields.
Note: Some computers come with a PDF software, but if your computer does not have a PDF software, you can download the following for free:

Step 3: Save
Once you have filled in all the required fields, go to File>save. This will save all of your responses.
Note: You can save your completed worksheet as a separate file from the template by selecting Save As and giving your completed file a new name. That would allow you to maintain the blank template for future use. However, when you upload you need to be sure to select the file that you completed rather than the blank template.
Step 4: Upload
Upload your completed file to the course.
Step 5: Review your submission
After you upload your file, click on the “View the file associated with this submission” link that appears. Before you submit your assignment, check to make sure that you have uploaded the correct file.
Important Note: You may only submit your assignment once, so make sure it is the correct file.
